iWeb, Virtual Dedicated Server from GoDaddy

Way over my head...How would i upload my iWeb page to a virtual dedicated server from GoDaddy. I don't want to buy a .mac account, know how to FTP and what not. Thanks.

File > Publish to Folder

Upload via FTP.

Done.

I got the FTP part, I've uploaded it, I just don't know where it is on my Server?
