iweb website viewing differently on different browsers and os??!? help

The shadows on the shapes dont show up at all on firefox(this takes away a lot from my site) but they show up just fine on IE and Safari

Also,

When I few the website from a MAC, the last link on the top row goes to a second row on both safari and firefox

but

this doesnt happen on IE and Firefox when i view it from a pc

anyway to make it universal for all browsers and os?

its hard to answer.
any examples? screenshots?
it could be a number of things

Yes that happens! The only way to prevent this is by using a more simpler template such as Black or White!
