iPhone iwidget weather question

Can someone tell me how to have iwidgets update with my gps location?

When I go into a iwidget weather widget (elite7) I only have the option to enter a Zip/Location Code (which I don't know where/how to get that either).
I read go to yahoo weather, and find an RSS link, but I cant find that rss link

The format has USNY0900

I am trying to figure that part out. Also, how does the iwidgets get my gps location for the weather?
