For some reason the entire iWork suite refused to open on my MacBook Pro (or freezing with just the menu bar), despite having worked pefectly fine on there before. I phoned Apple and went through the deleting archives procedure as usual with software problems: still nothing. I then went through repairing disk permissions: still nothing. The guy on the phone recommended reinstalling the OS. Interestingly, this coincided with internet connection going down. When the connection returned, iWork started responding again. Could it be that it was something to do with the internet connection, or should I go ahead and reinstall? Thanks.
