Hey everyone
I saw the hubbub about iwork.com earlier this month. After much searching, I've come to the conclusion this isn't a web-based application (a la Google Docs) but rather something that compliments the iWork '09 program (and therefore must be purchased and run on a mac)?

Is this true? I'm a Mac guy but I live in a PC house. I also LOVE the convenience and reliability of Google Docs but I'm not so crazy about the formatting.

Also, is iwork.com a significant feature or something that you use often?

Thanks

iWork.com has not actually opened yet. Presumably Apple are working on reliability after the Mobile Me fiasco. When it does open it will be a free beta, presumably features will be added such as document editing and by the time it goes gold, it will become a fee based service.
