In Apple Stores, there is always a blue iWork folder and a yellow office folder on the applications (left) side of the dock. Is there any way I can do this on my Macbook Pro?

As that thread showed, you can't add a stack-type folder to the left side of the dock. There is a workaround, but it won't act like a stack:

If you install iWork or MS Office, the icons are part of the installed package.

I'm sure if you Google, you can find them.
