iWorks (Pages)

I am creating a document in Pages . It has a list of names and Abbreviations but they are all being underlined in red . I know it's a spell check and I can get rid of these in Windows Microsoft but I don't know how to in Pages. Can someone please tell me?

Pages > Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Uncheck the options you do not want to use

Or, Pages > Edit > Spelling and Grammar >and tell it to learn each one.
