I want to use one between my iPad/iPhone and PC. However I noticed it said it was USB 3.0, but I only have USB 2.0 ports in my PC. Will it still work on my PC please?

USB 3 devices are fully backward compatible with USB 2 ports.

It will work, but be extremely slow compared to USB 3.0 transfer speeds.
