Jabra Elite 65t - Disconnects

Anyone using Jabra Elite 65t with their iPhone X? I updated their firmware to latest and I'm on the latest version of iOS and then I even updated to iOS 12 beta with no luck. They will disconnect a lot when I put the phone in my pocket. I have to be holding the phone for it to work.

Any ideas? Thanks.
