How do you jailbreak your iPad on accident?

    DFU mode, restore and done.

Has to be a problem with your hosts file then not pointing to apples activation servers.
Make sure if you changed your hosts to point to cydia change them back to apple either manually or by using tinyumbrella.
    Then try the restore again.
Or plug it in to another computer and restore it. Then sync it with your computer.

Put it in DFU-mode, google it, and restore with itunes
