Jailbreak 14.3 problems

So I followed "GeoSnow" on how to update to 14.3, I did everything correctly and when I go into Altstore with uncover or Taurine through Safari website, it just gives me an error at bottom saying "Cannot activate more than 3 apps and app extensions" and a thing about offloaded apps. I deleted all the offloaded apps in appstore, turned off "offload Unused" apps, but when I click on Uncover or Taurine jailbreak to open in Altstore it just gives me this message. Can anyone help?

You can use altdeploy on mac and 3u tool to sideload your ipa
