Jailbreak 4.2.1 issues

I was jus trying to jailbreak my iPhone 4 os 4.2.1 with redsn0w and when the step came up with the "ramdisk" redsn0w crashes. Any help?? I am on Windows by the way.

Run as administrator and if you have compatibility mode available select run under Windows XP.
