Jailbreak 5.1 with easy ra1n?

Anyone use this software before? I really want to jailbreak 5.1 on my 4S, but have never used this companies software.

Or should I wait for one of those other guys to figure out their jailbreak methods?

another hint that it's a scam is that they claim to unlock iPhone 4s with OS 5.1, which afaik, is not yet possible.
