ist it today with this whole signing stuff possible to update a used iphone 6 with 9ish IOS Version to the 9.x latest jailbreak? (download ipsw file etcetera...)
I'm not interested in this 10.x be a developer jailbreak atm.

To be clear, if you were to buy a used iPhone, which is ALREADY on 9.2 - 9.3.3, you could jailbreak it using Pangu's tool. Sorry if this is obvious, but I wasn't 100% sure what you were asking, exactly.
