Nope. When you restore it wipes out all traces of a jailbreak. Not that this matters much anymore though. Apple's policy has changed recently. They have to prove that a jailbreak has caused a problem before they can deny warranty coverage.

If you restore from a jailbroken backup, it probably will have traces of the old jailbreak. However, Apple will repair your iPhone as long as you've restored to stock and it's not jailbreak-related.
