I've been trying to upgrade my jailbroken 2g from 3.1.3 to 4.0. I've been using redsn0w. It goes thru the whole process but finishes up still in 3.1.3. Anybody know what's up or can help?

Have you tried to restore your device to 4.0 (without any jailbreak) and then jailbreak from there?
thats what im doing now. i have no idea why a 315 mb download is gonna take an estimated 20 minutes tho lol
