There aren’t anymore untethered jb’s. Not since ios 9. Now there are semi-tethered jb’s available.

you min, since iOS 9 should we use pc for jailbreak when iPhone restarted.
i have seen iPhone 7 with iOS 11 that doesn't need pc or any devices, when restart.

Depending on what ios 12 you are on, you can JB with Unc0ver or Chimera. They are Semi-tethered.

You can re-jail break when you restart yes. The latest uncover update jailbreaks the device in like 4 seconds it’s incredibly fast

I don’t use chimera so I cannot comment on that experience. But uncover is amazing!
