No I mean I want to update is as well. Possibly to 9.0.1 or 9.0.2. Its already jaibroken on iOS 7

You can't.
Your choice is either jailbroken on 7.0.4 or stock on 9.1. Once Apple stops signing an update/upgrade you can no longer upgrade or downgrade to it. Apple is now only signing 9.1.
