This keeps appearing when I try to download NCSettings. This is my first time jailbreaking and I have no idea what to do. This is like the only tweak I want. >_> I have a 4S on 6.1

Not sure what 'this' is, but cydia and the repositories are being absolutely destroyed by traffic right now. 95% of the time an install will fail, so wait until off peak hours or give it a day or two until the traffic evens out.
