I jailbroke my phone yesterday and today I decided to restore my phone because the unlock made it lag horribly. So wen I successfully restored my phone as a new phone I went to jailbreak the phone again. Wen the jailbreak was finished I opened Cydia and it did not let me open any packages. I decided to overlook that and I went to iPhone browser and it was showing that my phone was connected but not jailbroken. Any Help?!?!

That's odd, the Jailbreaking/unlock doesn't do anything much to slow down your phone. Did you install any other apps on Cydia? And you said something on Safari said your phone wasn't jailbroken, what may I ask was that? You can still go to JailBreakMe.com after it's been jailbroken and it will show the same screen.

It's something called iPhone browser it is similar to open ssh and when I tried to access it said my phone was not jailbroken and cydia would not let me get any apps either.

Check out iPhone browsers website. There is something you need to install to get it to work. I don't remember what it is, but it does on his website.
