hi guys, i gota a little question, whenever i download iphone ios 9.1 jailbreak deom pingu or pangu it says pay for it, when in the world jailbreak is paid?? Its rlly odd, anyone can show me why to do it for free? Or answer my question?

If you are asked to pay a single penny, it's fake. Lots and lots of variations of the Pangu/Taig websites right now trying to scam people into thinking it's legit.
