jailbreak problem

Help.

1) my apps wont open on my jailbroken device... iphone 4, jailbreak 5.0.1, whats the cause?

2) Why some my jailbroken apps are gone after i connect my phone to itunes?

That sounds really weird...
If I were you, I'd do a complete restore and rejailbreak again...

i'd do a reboot(push and hold home button and power button until the apple logo pops up) and see if anything is better.

if that doesn't fix reinstall iOS 5.0.1 and rejailbreak

Have you done a tethered jailbreak or an untethered jailbreak?

Tethered jailbreaks will requi you to connect to a pc running cydia when you power it up
