Jailbreak Questions

Hey All,

Thinking of Jailbreaking my iPhone3GS with purplerain. A couple of quick questions:

1) Can I still use apps from the App store after doing this?

2) Do I have to use a different dashboard? I hear about winterboard, springboard,etc... All I care about is gaining access to the many apps on Cydia.

yes you can use the app store. purpler1an is easier to JB than the devs.

You don't have to use winterboard. Just using cydia is fine.
