iPhone Jailbreak - re-save blobs?

Help needed please! I saved iOS 12, 12.0.1 and 12.1 blobs whilst I was jailbroken on iOS 10 Yalu on my iPhone 6. Since then, I bottled it and updated the FW to iOS 12.0.1. Have I messed up my chances of upgrading to 12.1 if a JB is compatible with 12.1?

Or do I need to re-save the 12.0.1 and 12.1 blobs again on my iPhone 6?
