iPhone Jailbreak Restore

Hey can someone answer this:
I'm currently jailbroken on iOS 7.0. If I upgrade to 7.1.2 and then rejailbreak and reinstall all my Cydia tweaks, will their settings be back to how I had them previously?

only if you restore from backup

make sure the tweak is updated for 7.1.x though

Thanks. Yeah I will restore from backup after I update the firmware, then jailbreak. Is that what you mean?

Is there a list of tweaks that work with 7.1.2 yet? Mine are:

BiteSMS
CleverPin
Icon Renamer
IntelliscreenX
PkgBackup
Plugication
Springtomize3

yea, that's what i mean

you need to add beta repo for btieSMS

intelliscreenx and springtomize should be updated

i don't use the other tweaks
