No. Your options are to wait for an untethered jailbreak, or take the plunge and go tethered.

I've gone tethered and it really isn't that big of a deal. After a few reboots requested from Cydia, I rarely reboot the device.

9/10 times the OP is a first poster and doesn't check anything. kind of sucks...there should be a week probation period before they should be able to Create a Thread. Just my .02 though.
