General Jailbreak without wiping data

I am trying to extract an app that is no longer in the app store form my old phone (IOS9.3.5). Is there a JailBreak for 9.3.5 that wouldn't require the phone to be wiped before installing as that would defeat my purpose?

If your iPhone is a 32-bit device (iPhone 5 or older) you can use the Phoenix jailbreak.
