jailbreaking 3g

Hi I'm thinking about jail breaking my 3g and I know I need my 2.2 software but I don't know were to find it on my mac could somebody show me how to find it?

You can't possibly have it if you haven't downloaded it. If you have downloaded it, PwnageTool will find it automatically.

~/library/itunes/iphone software updates

assuming you downloaded it of course
