Jailbreaking after installing 4.3?

Ok, so I tried to search for an answer, but didnt see one, I just updated last night to 4.3, can I jailbreak now? I have never jailbroke a phone before but want to be able to use it as a hotspot/tether for macbook... Please dont beat me up over this just trying to figure out what is the first step...

Try the iPhone Hacks forum. FYI, there isn't an entirely user friendly jailbreak out yet so you'll have to sit it out.
