Jailbreaking ios 4 on 3gs - no shsh saved?

I am trying to JB and unlock my iphone 3gs on iOS 4. It has no previous shsh saved.
I tried also to downgrade to 3.1.3 and it gave an error ( I presume since the shsh was not saved)


is there a way to do it, im trying for the past one week

any help?

There is no current released JB for a 3gs already on 4.0 and yes you can't downgrade without you hashes saves.
