Jailbreaking iphone 3GS

hey guys

I have iphone 3gs 4.0.2. Can I use Limera1n or greenpois0n to jailbreak it?
I also intend to unlock it so can I use ultrasnow to do so?

Update to 4.1 but make sure to preserve your baseband for unlocking.

You can jb with limerain now on 4.0.2 and unlock with ultrasnow or wait for pwnage tool.
If u update to 4.1 u will lose the unlock.

Please be much more careful when providing advice. He is on a 3gs not an i4. That trick doesn't work for them. Don't cost someone their unlock because you're not sure what you're talking about.
