iPad Jailbreaking via backup

I have a jailbroken iPad 3G and a stock iPod touch 3G. My iPad uses a 3G network since sadly there is no Wi-Fi in my home. If I backup my jailbroken iPad using iTunes and restore my iPod touch from that backup will O get all the tweaks from my iPad?

No, first you can;t restore a iPad backup into a iPod. Second iTunes doesn't backup the Jailbrake stuff, it backup some of the settings and data but not the apps.
