jailbroke iphone 3G not working! help!!

i have no service on my phone and the screen showes that i should connect to itunes and when i do i get a warning saying the activation information is inactive and its just a blank screen on itunes.when i unlock the iphone it goes to emergency calls only screen and emergency call words are showing in different languages.

please help me!!
 
We need way more information. What firmware version are you on? What did you use to Jailbreak? Did the process go smoothly or were there issues?
