Tried to install my favorite tweeks.

Barrel - No support for iOS7
SwipeSelect - Installed but does not work
SwipeShiftCaret - Installed but does not work

    At that point I stopped.

Okay, I guess I'm going to wait.

Who else has had the same experience?

Everyone has the same experience right now obviously.
Be patient, things need to be updated for ios 7.

It seems like most of the devs were unaware of the JB release. It will take a few days but the updates should start rolling in soon. :)

I'm in iOS 7.1 beta 2 so I can't jailbreak. We actually yes I can but it's going to be a hassle when I have to update to beta 3 or GM. So I'll just wait. Seems like there are a lot of bugs and most of the tweaks aren't even compatible yet specially for the iPhone 5S. So il wait.

Hopefully Apple doesn't patch the jailbreak when they officially release iOS 7.1

i'm pretty sure the public release of 7.1 will patch the jailbreak, although I'm hoping that it isn't patched as well

Yeah I know about removing the file to prevent it from expiring but I don't want a beta as my daily driver forever.
