iPod touch Jailbroken... but email icon disappeared?

First time jail-break newbie here.

I have an iPod Touch running iOs 6.0.1 and I ran the redsnow 0.9.15.b3 (windows) last night.

All seems normal except for the fact that my "email" icon disappeared. How can I retrieve that? Did I do something wrong?

install sbsettings and respring, see if it comes back

I installed SBSettings via Cydia and did the respring but still no Mail icon. Any ideas?

He means install SB Settings in cydia.

Did you restart with Just Boot after jailbreak?

Sorry, I went back and installed Sbsettings via Cydia and did the respring and still no icon. And yes, I did the "just boot" after jailbreak. Any ideas?

Also - There isn't even an option for "Mail" in "Hide Icons" in SBsettings

My phone icon disappears from time to time trying to drag any other app to my dock where the phone icon would be fixes it every time. try that

I just tried that and no luck. I've looked through all the settings and the Mail app is nowhere to be found

Um... I restored iPod to factory settings and now I am getting a
"missing keys.plist data for this build" message now... and won't let me continue. Help?

put it in DFU

download the correct ipod file and restore with that in iTunes

After a long morning of Googling, Youtubing, etc. for some help, I finally figured out how to make it work!

I had to download the iOs 6.0 and load that ISPW when Jailbreaking AND load again when "just boot"ing. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure this one out. The down side is that it looks like I'll have to load this ISPW each time I reboot...

Goods news: all my factory icons/app (mail/app store/etc) are all in tact!
