Jailbroken but I can't make in-app store purchases

I'm jailbroken (4S) but I can't make in-app store purchases. I've tried within numerous apps to make in-app store purchases to no aval. The purchase option $$$ are greyed out.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Anyone know of a solution?

Restart the iPhone. It happened to me once. Just reboot through SBSettings and it should work fine.
