iPhone Jailbroken I5 6.1.2 lost contacts then no internet but text and phone work

So I have an Iphone 5 on 6.1.2 and for some reason on Friday my contacts just disappeared all of a sudden. After researching I found I should be able to just go to icloud in settings and turn off then on contacts and it should fix it but no. Fast forward to today and I tried turning off then on again with no luck so I then tried resetting network settings but then I lost the ability to use the internet on my phone. I can text and call but no internet unless I'm on WIFI. 😕

anyone have any suggestions? Ive now tried ILex and hard restarts

Try a restore from backup in itunes

thanks for the suggestion but wont I lose my 6.1.2 jailbreak doing that or is there a way to restore and stay on 6.1.2 with an iphone 5?

he means do a restore from backup (the option in itunes is called "Restore Backup...") and if you have more than one saved, it'll ask you which one you want to restore from (generally, it only has one saved)

not restore the entire OS

Ok perfect I didn't know there was a difference thank you so much doing that now will I need to rejailbreak after?

Just restore it without any problems but still no Internet I think I'm going to call AT&T and see if somehow it's a problem with them

spoke with att and tried everything they suggested now they suggest me to do a master reset then restore which ill lose my jailbreak as far as I know
