iPhone Jailbroken I5 6.1.2 lost contacts then no internet but text and phone work

So I have an Iphone 5 on 6.1.2 and for some reason on Friday my contacts just disappeared all of a sudden. After researching I found I should be able to just go to icloud in settings and turn off then on contacts and it should fix it but no. Fast forward to today and I tried turning off then on again with no luck so I then tried resetting network settings but then I lost the ability to use the internet on my phone. I can text and call but no internet unless I'm on WIFI.

anyone have any suggestions? Ive now tried ILex and hard restarts

 

thanks for the suggestion but wont I lose my 6.1.2 jailbreak doing that or is there a way to restore and stay on 6.1.2 with an iphone 5?

 

Ok perfect I didn't know there was a difference thank you so much doing that now will I need to rejailbreak after?

 

Just restore it without any problems but still no Internet I think I'm going to call AT&T and see if somehow it's a problem with them

 

spoke with att and tried everything they suggested now they suggest me to do a master reset then restore which ill lose my jailbreak as far as I know

 

after I restored to a backup that brought back my contacts but still no internet
