My brother jailbroke his phone. I don't know what program it was but now it is stuck in this loop where it comes on with the apple logo and then goes to Air Jordan(which I guess was part of the jailbraking he did) then it freezes on that logo you can't get into the iPhone. If you turn it off it does it all over again.... I'm not sure if this is fixable but I'm willing to try anything... I'm not great with this jailbraking stuff so I really need help

Not very helpful if he's admittedly new and "not good w/ this jailbreaking stuff"...

OP - hold the power and home buttons together to hard reset the device. As it boots up again, hold the volume up buttone (I'm assuming you're on iOS 5 - if not, let me know). This should boot the phone up in safe mode, and your brother can un-install anything that he did recently that may have gotten the phone stuck on the boot logo.

If that doesn't work, do this:

-Attach the phone to your computer, then turn it off
    -Hold Power for 3 seconds
-Hold Home AND Power together for 10 seconds
-Release Power, and hold only Home for another 10 - 15 seconds

The phone's screen should go black, and iTunes should recognize that there is a device in DFU mode. From there, click restore in iTunes.

There are a few other things that you can do even if that doesn't work, so let me know. You're definitely not stuck, and it's very fixable!

Those didn't work when I try restoring it seems to work but then It comes up with an error I really just don't know what to do. The phone gets stuck on this air Jordan logo and you can't really do anything but try booting it back up only to get that again..... Is there anything else

    Anyone can google.

    ----------

If you are still booting up with the "air Jordan" logo after DFU, you're not doing it right. Make sure you follow the directions for DFU mode precisely, watch a youtube video if necessary.
