jailbroken phones and voided warranty?

so i have a jailbroken iphone running 1.1.2, (i just use 3rd party apps, no sim unlock, i am happy with att)

is my warranty totally voided?

if i were to do a clean reinstall to 1.1.2 or upgrade to 1.1.3, would my warranty be in effect?

what bridges did i burn by jailbreaking my iphone...

no, its not void

just restore to 1.1.3/1.1.3 and take it in, if needed

Btw I guess I'm out of the loop, is the 1.1.3 upgrade available through itunes, I obviosly turned the auto update off when I jailbroke my 1.1.2
