So i sold my 16gb iPhone on ebay and it was jailbroken it had cydia however i restored the phone before i sent it to the buyer.. 2 days later buyer receives the phone claims they took it to sprint and sprint wouldnt activate it then asks me if the phone was jailbroken ---

i told the buyer yes but the phone was restored to factory settings which to my knowledge also got rid of the jailbreak either way am i missing something because i have never heard of a company having issues activating a clean esn iphone 4s due to the fact that it was previously jailbroken.

The buyer claims that sprint said the software was defective.

Im trying to get some opinions because im not sure if any of this is true or is this is a case of buyers remorse.

What should i suggest to the buyer?? because i do not want the phone back for obvious reasons..
