I'm thinking that we will see a refresh on the 19th. The reason being that if you look at all of Apples promotions, they all end on January 18th. It seems convenient to me to offer new promotions and a new product at the same time.

Anyone else agree?

Apple is having an earnings call on Jan 25th. Once this is announced, they typically DO NOT release any products until after the call. Don't expect any updates (but of course, it can always be a first).

Somehow I doubt they are going to go close to a year without an update

I got the sense that zedsdead was suggesting that because Apple does not normally announce products right before an earnings call, the 19th was out of question. However, it would seem to give evidence towards the 27th as being more likely.
