You can set a static Move goal and never be bothered with a suggestion to up the ante again.
How do you set a static move goal and turn off a smart move goal? I’ve looked through activity and workout settings and can’t find it.

It had been a long time, so I had forgotten what I turned off. But it appears that it was a result of turning off daily coaching in the Activity app settings inside the Watch app. One feature of that daily coaching is the weekly suggestion to adjust your Move goal.

Has anyone had an issue with the data on your watch not matching the data on iPhone? Last night after a short workout my watch was showing all 3 rings closed but phone was not. Also the exercise minutes didn't match. One said 26 and other said 34. Can this be corrected? Has been correct up until last night.
Only for short periods, until they sync up. I often run without my phone, especially in the summer, and it will sometimes take several minutes for all of the data to sync. It's probably only minutes, but it sometimes takes a bit longer than I think it should. I may have had to reboot both of them occasionally to get them in sync. That would be the only troubleshooting step I can think of.

Long press on the activity rings on your watch, to view weekly summary and change move goal
That is how you change your goal manually, but if you don't turn off daily coaching, it will still suggest a new goal every week.

I found the daily coaching intrusive, so I turned it off a long time ago. I also turned off the breathe reminders, because that was just too much interruption on top of the stand reminders, which I do have turned on.

Figured I might as well throw this one in. I'm actually proud of it TBH.

I also got the perfect month for move rings closed in January. But isn't there also one for the other two rings or am I missing something? Lately my Series 5 isn't notifying me of my stand ring being closed (even though it does close) as of the last two days.

I've had the 'bug' where my watch shows all the rings closed but my iPhone thinks my exercise or stand ring is 75% there...The only fix I've found is to reboot the iPhone and Watch together. When Daily Coaching was on, I'd still get the reminder 'you can still do this' alerting me that the exercise ring and stand ring wasn't closed but on Activity on Watch it was. To avoid the chance it'd not count I just reboot both and it syncs up.

You must be thinking of the perfect week awards. There’s a perfect week award for all 3 rings separately, and one for all 3 of them together. From my understanding there is only one that’s a perfect month.
