How do you get all that stuff on your desktop and is the list in the upper right corner a Adium contact list?

2) Yes it is. Change the window to a borderless one, and set opacity to 0.

I never attended the Academy, but did retire from the Navy in 2004 after having served 22 years. The goat is used outside of Annapolis - the Chief's mess is referenced as the "Goat Locker."
