It's a theme for Bowtie I found on MacThemes. It's part of the typographic theme set. You can find it here: http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16790940. I'm using the vertical one as you can probably tell

the theme is crystal clear interface 1.9.1, you have to tweak the colours to get that black theme
the indicators are called float
