It's a theme for Bowtie I found on MacThemes. It's part of the typographic theme set. You can find it here: http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16790940. I'm using the vertical one as you can probably tell 🙂

the theme is crystal clear interface 1.9.1, you have to tweak the colours to get that black theme

the indicators are called float

I have basically the same wallpaper, except a little different. I found it on some website, don't remember where.
