There are no shipping costs etc., so why is it £12.99 ($25.44) to UK customers?
I got duped $3 in Australia, and about ¥250 if I had bought it in Japan.
It just slightly more than V.A.T would be on top of £10.
"It costs more to do business in the UK"
£12.99 to upgrade my Touch into an mobile email device is excellent value for money.
I have no problem with it all.
The other apps/features are a bonus.
Its because the UK is more commonly referred to by businesses as "Treasure Island"
Well, mobile email device if you are near an unsecured hotspot which I never seem to be
It's already a 'mobile email device'. Go to www.gmail.com and sign in. Easy.
im with you there
You already paid $528.365 for the iPod and you are going to whine about the cost of the app upgrade??
i never said anything about the money!
Actually, the online store from where I bought my iPod randomly refunded me and are ignoring my emails - so £13 to add apps to my free ipod is a bargain!
well what ill try to do , is to change the country of the Itunes store(at the prefs.)
Hopefully i just need to pay the 20$ and not the 17.99€ =26$
will tell you if it worked... .
and tell you later on...
Well it worked just fine, I can just recomand it.
Open up new iTunes account and set it to the US. U can use the same Credit Card. just use a new email add.(that ain't be the prob!)
and update the new stuff.
Because you are paying in GBPs, which is currency you earn and spend in your country, not US dollars. How much would it be in Polish zloty? Does it matter?
You also pay 17.5% VAT, which we do not.
Although a lot of credit cards charge a fee when you spend in anything other than GBP and the exchange rates are often much higher than the high street. I'd be interested to know exactly how much shows up on your CC statement.
Hope i'll get it as soon as possible than i gonna tell ya
but i remember das if you pay over Inet with a Mastercard that it'll be just 1%
and well the exchange rate is untill pritty good. But i doub't that i'll pay more the the 20(26$).
Oh man that's gold.
