    I'm not too surprised, though. A sizable portion of the nutrients in topsoil is from animal waste. This just cuts out the middleman, in a sense.

    On a side note, the proteins extracted would contain bits of E. coli, right? I'll pass on the Turd Burger.

    E.Coli would be killed in the manufacturing process. I still wouldn't eat it if I had other choices.
