Japanese vending machine studies what you look like

I was amused and intrigued to read about a Japanese drink-vending machine (see photo) that identifies your age and sex so it can make appropriate recommendations.

Here it is making a recommendation after it scanned the person standing in front of it:

I wonder if it guesses your age by your height.

I may need to venture down to Tokyo and see what it offer's me, as a Foreigner.

Probably a Coke or Bud beer. 😛 😀

In Japan, vending machines is where all the innovations are happening 😀 No, seriously, there are millions there because there isn't much room for more shops.
