Well when I try opening some apps (like jdownloader) it ask me to install java runtime, and since its a school laptop I can't install. I want to know if there is a way around it, like a program that will open java apps, or a way to install java without admin privileges.

I'm very sorry if this is in the wrong section.

No, there is not. Can't you ask your school to let you install Java on it?

Actually I tried that, since we are the only class that doesn't have java runtime I expected from my school to understand. However; they keep saying that they are too busy to do anything for the students.

Surely they'd have time to accommodate something as important as jdownloader. I'm sure that that's CRITICAL for your coursework.
