Java Versions, app won't run.

Hi I'm trying to open a java application that won't work through OSX.

It's a link from a webserver that downloads a file called viewer.jnlp

OS X tries to open this with Java Web Start (default)

If I click ok, java opens but I get unable to launch application.

When I click on details it says This Version of JRE not installed locally.

Any ideas?
