Javascript question

Today, I replaced my java counter with a javascript counter. You can see it at http://www.adoptionvoyages.com .

It works with every browser I have, except for one: Safari 1.3.2 running under 10.3.9, with javascript enabled. Any ideas why this is the case? Any ideas as to what I can do to fix it? Am I the only one having this problem?
